We are looking for a new Senior Account Manager to grow our Client Services team. As Senior Account Manager you will hold a senior position within the team. You will be reporting directly to the Client Services Director. Your primary role is to be the guardian of strategy and campaign effectiveness for clients in your account group, be the consultative interface between them and the internal agency departments and ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable delivery of all our communications work streams.
You will be required to develop exceptionally strong relationships with our clients at a senior level and add value and opinion as appropriate, using your relationship to deliver exceptional and relevant work, as well as identifying future business opportunities and work streams. The role of Senior Account Manager is vital to the growth of The Agency and our client base.
Working alongside the Technical Lead and software developers you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of all digital projects as defined by the Technical Director by ensuring that projects are clearly defined and appropriately scheduled.
You will be a highly organised and accomplished Project Manager / Digital Producer who is able to talk technically and with confidence, on a range of subjects including modern web development, user experience design (including wireframing), quality assurance testing and of course, project planning.
